wow thanks for sharing that enlightening read, I knew Cassey winters work before but this set of essays look pretty good ! If i find something that shares best practices or case studies around bootstrapping a marketplace form a SaaS tool i would let you know! right now the inly example I can come up with is Opentable but haven't read any business case around it.
