@Roger Pena Absolutely agree, plus I would say for an early stage ...

you need experience in product management and software development... you will have to run experiments as fast and lean as posible until you find product market fit ... and also skills in UI and Ux are useful too in order to identify the key interactions you need to build first in order to drive engagement and retention
