I have helped digital agencies, consultancies, and startups understand the power of customer centricity as a brand differentiator that drives value creation and sustainable growth. Working at the intersection of UX/CX and digital business innovation, my mission is to extend the human touch into the virtual world.
I am a TEDx, keynote and events speaker, workshop facilitator, guest lecturer, startup mentor and awards judge. I was a co-author of the international best-seller Customer Experience 3 with a ground-breaking chapter on customer experience for platform businesses.
