As an experienced manager with over 20 years in the steel industry, I am delighted to introduce myself at this conference.
My passion for innovation and circular economy solutions drives me to lead and implement opportunities that enhance the sustainability of our industry. Throughout my tenure at CELSA Group, I have held various leadership roles, including New Products and Circularity Solutions Head, M&A Business Development Manager, and Forge Division General Manager. In these roles, I have successfully identified and developed new business ventures, managed strategic partnerships, and optimized operations to drive profitability and growth.
Prior to this, I gained extensive experience in finance and accounting. As Financial Controller and Chief Accountant at Global Steel Wire and PwC, I established financial policies and procedures, managed budgets, and conducted audits. This foundation has provided me with a strong understanding of financial management and analysis.
My academic credentials include an Advance Management Program in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School and a Postgraduate in Financial Control from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. These programs have equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex and ever-changing business landscape.
