Fleur is recognized as a strong leader in guiding people through digital transformations and innovations, as well as transforming conventional culture and pioneering the establishment of numerous (consortium-led) start-ups. She has over 20 years of on-the-ground, leadership, and board level experience at the crossroads of banking/finance, trade and technology.

End 2021, Fleur co-founded The Value Department, an organization specializing in strategic positioning and building ecosystems. Part of the service is ideation, creation and implementation. Currently, Fleur is a board member of Root Capital and PhD candidate on platform ecosystems and governance.
