With 19 years of experience in international real estate investment, transaction management and consulting, including property development and valuation across various asset classes, Fuchs-Boenisch has been involved in real estate transactions in European Transactions with a focus on Germany and the UK as well as the US worth over €4.5 billion. After holding head of transaction roles at Deutsche Finance Group and Arax Properties Ltd, her leadership experience, as well as her extensive industry expertise including investor relations, strategic and commercial assessment and process optimization, brought her to her role at Susteco, where she has been CEO since 2023.

Fuchs-Boenisch’s qualifications include first class BA honours in business administration for property management and real estate, a master's in Property Valuation and Law from Bayes Business School at City University of London, and the status of Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). Her career began at CBRE in London, as a surveyor specializing in international valuations and shopping centre development. Staying in London, she spent 5 years at EY, where she worked in the Real Estate Valuation and Business Modelling department before moving on to Project and Process Management in Energy and Assets, managing several projects with a focus on stakeholder management on large scale transformation programmes. She then extended her investment management experience at Henley Investment Management, where she led on several deals with a combined investment volume of £300m, with assets ranging from student accommodation, office, light industrial, residential development to strategic land.

In 2017, Fuchs-Boenisch became Head of Transactions at Arax Properties Ltd, a private equity firm for real estate investments in Germany, the UK and France, where she managed all transactions in Germany, dividing her time between offices in Berlin and London. Working on deals such as the acquisition of Poseidon Haus in Hamburg and the sale of the Seidnitz Center in Dresden, her responsibilities included coordinating due diligence processes, leading contract negotiations, sourcing of senior financing, and supervising and managing a team of associates and analysts.

In 2019, she took the role of Head of Transaction Management at Deutsche Finance Group, an international investment firm headquartered in Munich, where she was responsible for the oversight of all direct investment transactions in the US and Europe. During this time Fuchs-Boenisch facilitated major transactions on iconic buildings such as the Transamerica Pyramid in San Francisco and 711 Fifth Avenue in New York, as well as the Boynton Yards lab office project in Boston. Her responsibilities across these transactions included the coordination of investment processes and committees, liaison with and onboarding of investors, management of internal and external approval processes, as well as the strategic review, assessment and analysis of real estate investments.

After four years at Deutsche Finance Group, rounding off almost two decades of extensive experience in the real estate sector, Fuchs-Boenisch took the helm at Susteco Solutions GmbH in September 2023.
