Marta is Polish by design and French by training. She is passionate about all things digital, especially when it serves a greater good. Currently, she serves as the CEO of Oxie and holds the position of Sustainability Lead & Ambassador for France at theNTWK. Marta specializes in the digital ecosystem economy, particularly within the industrial sector. She also shares her knowledge as a visiting professor at IESEG Business School & Polimi Graduate School of Management, where she teaches Digital Transformation & Philosophy of Business Transformation. Marta strongly believes in the power of collective intelligence and is dedicated to addressing the sustainability challenges posed by digital transformation.
Prior to her current roles, Marta has been involved in digital transformation projects with companies such as Airbus and CMA CGM. She then went on to found Oxie, the first European platform for corporate financing of nature-based environmental transition projects.
