Natalia Olson-Urtecho is a serial entrepreneur and public policy expert with over 20 years of experience in innovation, technology, and sustainable development across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She served as a Presidential Appointee during the Obama administration as Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration, overseeing $34 billion in federal contracts and $8 billion in small business loans. Natalia has advised the White House and Congress on competitiveness and innovation as a member of the U.S. Innovation Advisory Board.
Currently, she is a Director & Partner at IDEADED and an advisor at RepScan, focusing on digital reputation and innovation ecosystems. She is also the Co-founder and Director of Innovation & Strategy at The Disruptive Factory, and has held leadership roles at Plug and Play Tech Center and RadicalxChange.
With a background in urban planning, Natalia has led initiatives in smart cities, blockchain, and sustainable infrastructure. She holds a Master's in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's in Political Science from Northeastern University.
