In her role, Noemi lead the global public affairs and corporate communications strategy at FREENOW across Europe, driving innovative urban mobility policies and strengthening the company’s global narrative. Her work focuses on governmental and regulatory affairs, ensuring that FREENOW’s actions support the democratic process and represent a wide range of societal interests. Noemi is part of the FREENOW team since 2023.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Moya has 20 years of experience in lobby, public sector consulting, institutional relations and international project management. Winner of the Aedive-Santiago Losada 2021 Award in electric mobility and the Public Affairs Awards Europe 2018. She was previously Regional Director of Public Affairs and Communication for Southern Europe at Swedish micromobility company Voi Technology, Director of Government Relations at Nissan Motor Corporation and Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Business and Knowledge of the Catalan Governent , among other positions.
