Passionate mobility enthusiast with a purpose to improve the quality of life for less privileged by affordable technology with social relevance. Co-founder of the Mobility Platforms and Solutions global business unit of Bosch with a focus on platformising the mobility ecosystem.
In the past decade, I have been involved in shaping the soul of mobility in the country which moves on 2wheels where I had an opportunity to handle cross-domain systems and business functions ranging from engineering, product management to manage customer accounts as an intrapreneur in a legacy organization. I was a part of start-up incubated for 2wheelers in 2008 (Bike House) and instrumental in setting up Center of Competence for Engine Management Systems, Electrification and Hybrid solutions growing it to a double-digit profitable business from near “0” turnover in India. This approach has allowed me to lead people, process and technology while establishing new businesses.
Innovation has always been the core with over 80+ patents to enable affordable technology and 5 international publications on mobility and acknowledged by Bosch with Inventor awards for 6 consecutive years. With an aim to enable problem solving, I have embraced systems thinking, Business model innovation and Organizational development and Transformation as key capabilities. In addition to this, I am a certified business and growth Accelerator from UC Berkeley Haas USA. Also, a certified Organizational Development Practitioner from NTL Institute USA.
