The Platform Design, Management, and Strategy Class at Dartmouth College is seeking collaboration opportunities with companies.
Over the fall term, students must complete a project based on a platform design, management or strategy issue faced by a real business. @pevans and @gparker will be working with the student teams. Projects can address such problems as digital transformation, platform launch, monetization, crowdsourcing, converting a product to a platform, open innovation, design architecture, and strategy. Also welcome newer areas such as metaverse and/or NFTs.
Past projects have been sponsored by Cognizant, CVS, Eaton, Fitbit, Haier, Philips, PTC, SAP, Sapient, Southern Company, Thomson Reuters, and many others. Teams of 2-4 students will work for approximately 6 weeks on a problem of your choosing as part of their learning experience.
A one-page description or outline submitted by September 10 will allow your project to get in front of students by the beginning of class (September 13).
